Project Manager
DESCRIPTION: Leads multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that goals are met within budget and timelines. Works closely with teams to deliver impactful projects for children’s empowerment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent, 2+ years experience in project management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
Videographer
DESCRIPTION: Captures high-quality footage during events, programs, and interviews, primarily focusing on children’s empowerment and leadership activities. Responsible for post-production editing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in videography, familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and creative storytelling through visuals.
Editor - Premiere Pro (Expert)
DESCRIPTION: Edits and refines video content, ensuring a polished final product that aligns with the organization’s message. Collaborates with the videographer to produce engaging and informative videos.

QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, 2+ years of video editing experience, strong attention to detail, and a creative approach to storytelling.
Graphic Designer - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
DESCRIPTION: Designs visual content for campaigns, social media, presentations, and videos, focusing on children’s rights and empowerment. Creates engaging graphics that convey messages effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, 2+ years of design experience, strong creative portfolio, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
International Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Coordinates international programs, partnerships, and exchanges for the Children Parliament Network, facilitating global engagement and cross-cultural learning experiences

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or relevant field, 2+ years of experience in international coordination, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Global Convenor
DESCRIPTION: Oversees the global initiatives and programs of the Children Parliament Network, connecting international chapters, organizing global events, and advocating for children’s participation in governance.

QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in global program management, strong leadership and networking skills, experience working with children and international organizations, and excellent public speaking abilities.
